Wellcome to my blog

My name is Martina Staniek, and I make OOAK (One Of A Kind) Teddy Bears and other soft sculptures.
I also knit and crochet - i always on the search for those very diffrent and fantastic pattern.
Last year i learned to Spin, and now i also create wonderfull and unique yarn.

I would like to introduce to you my creations and keep you updated with other happenings which are important to me.

A felted little kitty - part 4

Now we work on some feet. Try to get 2 sheets, about the same size.

Roll them together with 1 fluffy side

Get an idea on how much you need to shorten it or not.

Then start needling them.
The lower side needs to be more flat, the top side i made more rounded.
Where it is under the “wheels” make it flat too

When they look like you want them, HAMMER them onto the tights :D

And again you need to secure it all with wool sheets.

When it all is neat and secure, we go on with the tail.

Take a sheet of wool, roll it up and secure it with a few punches

I worked it together a bit more while i was rolling it around and then i started to shape it.

You might want to make the base a bit stronger and thicker, like i did, maybe you want the tail longer - i think i made it a bit to short.
